Pineapple, cinnamon and oats smoothie can help for strengthening the tendons and ligaments on your knees

Here is how you can prepare it:

  • 250 ml of water
  • one cup of oatmeal (instant)
  • forty g of honey
  • two cups of pineapple chunks
  • one cup of orange juice
  • seven g of cinnamon
  • forty g of almonds

Process of preparation:

Soak the oats in orange juice and stir them altogether. After soaking, add the honey, cinnamon, pineapple and almond in a blender, you should pour the oatmeal inside it and mix everything together.
