-2 tsp of turmeric
-400g of brown sugar
-1 liter of water
Put the water in a saucepan, then add sugar and bring it to heat. When it starts to boil, add the grated ginger, garlic and turmeric and cook until the mixture boil.
Remove the pot from the fire and allow it to cool to a room temperature. This healthhy mixture should be kept in the refrigerator.
